RIGGS PARK PLACE

Situated in the Fort Totten neighborhood of Washington DC, Riggs Park Place features 90 modern townhomes with open floor plans and sophisticated features to help create an ideal urban lifestyle.

Truevista created an interactive experience to showcase the different floor plans and available design options. We equipped EYA with a solution that included:

  • 20 high resolution interior renders

  • 2 interactive virtual model homes that can be explored in Virtual Reality

  • 2x fly-through videos showcasing the floor plans

  • 2x hosted 360 tours of their virtual model homes

  • Pixel-streaming solution allowing EYA’s sales team to give virtual guided tours to prospects anywhere

Truevista used this project as a pilot for an interactive option selection experience. Prospects can try out from all available finish options and quickly see how different combinations come together.
