THE TOWNHOMES AT GRAHAM PARK

Graham Park features 172 townhomes embodying EYA’s “Life Within Walking Distance” mantra. The project involves converting a section of a shopping plaza into a townhome community that includes open space and parks and aims to rejuvenate the surrounding neighborhood.

Truevista created an interactive experience to highlight the different floor plans along with the open shared spaces. We equipped EYA with a solution that included:

  • 30 high resolution interior renders

  • 3 interactive virtual model homes

  • Interactive scale model of the entire community showing real-time inventory

  • 3x fly-through videos showcasing the floor plans

  • 3x hosted 360 tours of their virtual model homes

  • Pixel-streaming solution allowing EYA’s sales team to give virtual guided tours to prospects anywhere

Truevista used this project as a pilot for our new interactive scale model. We have developed a cloud-based inventory system that include live pricing and inventory search to quickly highlight units of interest directly on the plan.
