THE TOWNHOMES AT MICHIGAN PARK

Situated within an established residential neighborhood in Northeast DC, Michigan Park features 80 townhomes with classic architectural details that echo surrounding streetscape. To be built against the backdrop of the historic St. Joseph’s seminary, these townhomes offer modern open floor plans in a historic urban setting.

Truevista created an interactive experience to showcase the different floor plans and available design options. We equipped EYA with a solution that included:

• 25 high resolution interior renders

• 3 interactive virtual model homes

• 3x fly-through videos showcasing each of the floor plans

• 3x hosted 360 tours of their virtual model homes

• Pixel-streaming solution allowing EYA’s sales team to give virtual guided tours to prospects anywhere

Truevista used this project as a pilot for an interactive option selection experience. Prospects can try out from all available finish options and quickly see how different combinations come together.
